I'm Taylor Robinson, and I built SpiceGrid Careers because job searching shouldn't feel gray, stiff, and forgettable. It's a global job search platform you can actively use to scale, evolve, and thrive in your career over time — real listings, real range, zero beige.
Most job search platforms are gray, corporate, and forgettable — a wall of identical listings with none of the energy of an actual career move. I built SpiceGrid Careers on a simple bet: a job search platform can be genuinely useful and have some personality. So I kept the parts that matter — real listings, a truly global search, zero paywalls — and left the beige behind.
I come from a background in operations and business analytics, with hands-on experience in data validation, compliance auditing, and HRIS administration. I spent years seeing firsthand how frustrating and impersonal job searching can be — both from the candidate side and from inside HR systems that weren't built with people in mind.
I'm currently pursuing my MBA with a specialization in AI & Business Analytics at Keller Graduate School of Management, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a Human Resources specialization from DeVry University. SpiceGrid Careers is where that background meets a genuine belief that job searching can be better — smarter, faster, and a lot less beige.
SpiceGrid Careers is actively evolving — new features, better search, and more tools for job seekers are on the way. I'd rather ship something useful now and keep improving it than wait for a version that's never quite ready.
